The Peanut Company of Australia was proud again to win the Host Employer of the Year award at the Wide Bay Group Training Awards held in Maryborough on November 7.
PCA won the award in the small category (two or less trainees).
National Sales Manager Tricia Freeman, (pictured at right with MRAEL Operations Manager Ben James), accepted the award on behalf of PCA.
PCA has hosted trainees and apprentices from Wide Bay Group Training (part of the MRAEL Group) for several years. The company also won a Host Employer of the Year award in 2008.
Former trainees Melissa Bryan and Greer Wade - now full-time employees at PCA - were finalists in the 2009 awards.
Currently Maxine Scarffe is a trainee in Administration completing a Certificate III in Business.
