PCA has today announced the creation of a new Executive Team at its Kingaroy headquarters which will report directly to Managing Director
Mr Craig Mills.

Mr Mills said the changes in the organisational structure were necessary to take the business to its next exciting phase.
Appointed as
Director - Supply and Operations is
Mr John Howard,
(right).
Mr Howard was formerly General Manager Commercial - Procurement at Golden Circle and a Commercial Director at Mars.
He will be responsible for all supply and operations within PCA, including grower regions such as the Northern Territory, North Queensland, Bundaberg and Emerald and all operations, including Kingaroy, Tolga and Gayndah.
He will also be responsible for occupational health and safety, grower integration, warehouse and logistics, Quality Assurance and technical.

The new
Director - Sales and Marketing is
Mr Geoff Sawyer,
(left). He will be responsible for all Sales (domestic and export) and marketing functions, including new business and new product development.
Mr Sawyer is the former General Manager Sales and Business Development at Golden Circle and prior to that was National Sales Manager Retail at Dairy Farmers.
The new executive team will also include
Chief Financial Officer Mr Ken Flanders who joined PCA in July after more than 20 years at Australian Meat Holdings.
"I understand this is a major change to the organisation," Mr Mills said.
"You will note that these changes will better focus our organisation to be more aligned to our market and customer needs."
