Careers Market held at the Kingaroy State High School yesterday.
Students from a number of Sough Burnett schools attended the expo which included employers, training organisations and tertiary establishments.
PCA can offer career pathways in a number of fields for school leavers, ranging from office work to workshop positions.
PCA regularly takes trainees from
Wide Bay Group Training (WBGT) which are placed in a number of positions including electrical, fitting, warehouse and office administration. These 12-month traineeships combine on-the-job training with TAFE study. For more information contact WBGT on (07) 4162-9001.
Specialist positions for graduates occasionally become available in PCA's Innovation and Technical Centre. These positions are widely advertised and details are included on this website's
Job Opportunities page.
