PCA's Innovation and Technical Centre contains three laboratories and an R&D area and is an integral part of PCA's Innovation, Quality Control System and HACCP program.

The complex provides support for farmers, PCA production staff and customers by conducting a wide range of tests including pesticide, chemical, physical and microbiological analyses:

PCA's food management systems for the manufacture of peanut products - including raw, blanched and roasted peanuts - undergoes annual external audits:

PCA has also been evaluated and found to the meet the requirements of the Global Standard For Food Safety for the sorting, blanching and further processing of peanuts for supply to the food industry:

As a result of PCA's stringent quality controls, we are also the only nut manufacturer to have a Multiple Release Permit (MRP) into New Zealand for our export product. Many of PCA's products are also Halal and Kosher certified:
