Our Farming Services Team PCA has a highly-skilled team in its Farming Services Department ready to help you!  | Peanut - Breeding & Supply Manager - Graeme Wright B.Rur.Sc. (Hons), Ph.D. (Agronomy) Graeme heads PCA's Farming Services section, responsible for peanut breeding, the Pure Seed program and grower services. He is responsible for the introduction, breeding and evaluation of new peanut varieties with improved quality, disease resistance and yield performance throughout Australian production areas. He also co-ordinates applied R&D for other crops, farming systems and internal processing within the company, including projects on maize, rice, functional foods, flavour assessment and carbon emission reduction technologies in collaboration with other R&D providers across the country. |  | Grower Relationships / Logistics Co-Ordinator - Lionel Wieck B.Bus. (Accounting), CPA, Registered Tax Agent Lionel has been involved in agribusiness enterprises with a turnover from $20 million to $120 million for 25 years at middle and senior management levels. He has been at PCA since 1986 in Finance and Farming Services management roles. His current role covers Farmers Stock supply and logistics support (contract planting and harvesting services) for all regions except the Northern Territory. |  | Peanut Supply Manager - Pat Harden B.App.Sc (Rural Tech) Pat works closely with PCA growers to co-ordinate peanut supply and agronomic services in Southern Queensland, Bundaberg, Central Queensland and North Queensland. He has been in the peanut industry since 1992. |  | Seed Agronomist - Grant Baker B.Ag. Grant has a major role with PCA's Pure Seed program and all things to do with seeds - maintenance of the peanut gene pool, peanut variety evaluations and introducing new varieties. He also provides general agronomic advice, assists with harvesting operations (as part of PCA's contracting obligations), attends grower meetings.
