PCA is hopeful of securing buyers for three of its properties near Katherine in the Northern Territory despite the holdings failing to sell at auction last week.

The auction, held at the Notts Crossing Resort in Katherine on December 16, attracted several interested bidders who are now in negotiation with PCA.
