Independent Non-Executive Chairman
Ian was appointed as Chairman in March 2008 having joined the Board in March 2005. Ian is also chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. He was Chairman of Australian Co-operative Foods Ltd (the Dairy Farmers Group) from 1989 until its sale in November 2008. Ian was also a director of Rabobank Australia Limited between 1995 and 2004, Pivot Limited between 1993 and 2003 and Delta Electricity between 2000 and 2006. He has held various positions in tertiary education including Associate Professor and Dean of Business Faculty at Griffith University (Gold Coast Campus), Dean of Business at The Darling Downs Institute of Technology (now University of Southern Queensland) and Senior Lecturer in finance at Deakin University.

Craig was appointed a Non-Executive Director in July 2009 to fill a casual vacancy, and to his current position with effect from 6 August 2009 following the resignation of the former Managing Director. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Golden Circle Limited and positioned the company for its sale to Heinz in December 2008. He has had 20 years experience in the food industry, both domestically and internationally, with Dairy Farmers, Uncle Bens (Mars) and Nestlé. Craig has a proven background in corporate turnarounds and transformational change.

Independent Non-Executive Director
Niven was appointed as non-executive director on August 24, 1992. Until February 2009 he conducted farming operations at Kumbia in the South Burnett in Queensland. Niven is also a harvesting contractor for PCA, dealing directly with growers in the South Burnett and Bundaberg and contracts to PCA in the Northern Territory. He is also a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Executive Director
Geoff is responsible for all sales (domestic and export) and marketing functions, including new business and new product development. Geoff joined PCA on 21 September 2009 and was appointed an Executive Director on 4 May, 2010. He is the former General Manager Sales and Business Development at Golden Circle and prior to that was National Sales Manager Retail at Dairy Farmers. Geoff also brings experience in change management and business turnaround strategies.

Don was appointed as Company Secretary in November 2004. He is a Chartered Accountant and has held senior positions with public companies involved in the rural and manufacturing industries. Since 1993 he has provided corporate services predominantly to public companies involved in the manufacturing, rural, mining and information technology sectors. Don is currently a Director of Forest Place Group Limited and an alternate director of Silver Chef Limited. He is also the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of Forest Place Group Limited and Silver Chef Limited and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of Structural Systems Limited.

Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary
Geoff is responsible for PCA's financial affairs including statutory and regulatory reporting, corporate finance, taxation, treasury and risk management. Geoff joined PCA on July 12, 2010. He has over 20 years experience in similar roles including 12 years in the wine and citrus industries.
